"Hello, everyone, Say hi to Oliver and he has an ID number: A1236099 because he’s waiting to be adopted at Dallas Animal Shelter. I am honored to have permission to paint portraits of the dogs at the shelter, and whenever the one I paint gets adopted, the pet’s new owner will receive the art print from me.”
