1. Place Your Order
Fill out the form on the right section and upload 1-5 clear reference photos (JPEG, PNG or PDF).
Choose well-lit, close-up headshots for the best results.
2. Photo Selection
I’ll review your photos and email you to confirm the best one.
If needed, I’ll ask for additional pictures to ensure the perfect reference.
3. Confirmation & Agreement
Once the photo is selected, reply “I agree” to confirm on your email.
After this step, cancellations are no longer accepted.
4. Painting Process (5-7 Days)
I’ll hand-paint your pet using gouache on 8”x10” watercolor paper.
If I have a high order volume, it may take 3-5 extra days (I’ll notify you).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Packed in a protective sleeve & rigid mailer.
Tracking number provided once shipped.
