Shipping Policies
1. Where do you ship to?
Currently, I only ship to the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact me at yifangstudio@gmail.com, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom items, such as pet portraits, may take additional time (3-5 business days). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note if you only order sticker items, it will not include the tracking number.
3. What are the shipping options and delivery times?
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (varies by location). Shipping carriers may vary depending on your order and location.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $7 per order for ground service with a tracking number. If you’re only purchasing sticker items, shipping is $2 via stamp in an envelope.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, I’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track its progress. Please note that sticker-only orders will be shipped in an envelope with a stamp and do not include tracking.
6. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at yifangstudio@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact me immediately at yifangstudio@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to update it before shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
2. Do you offer refunds or replacements for damaged items?
All sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email me at yifangstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the damage, and I will gladly replace the item.
