I create each piece using gouache, a vibrant and richly layered medium that brings out the unique personality of every pet. I work with Winsor & Newton gouache paints on 140 lb (300gsm) cold press watercolor paper for a high-quality, textured finish.

Step 2. Place Your Order & Upload Reference Photos
If you're ready to move forward, simply place your order and fill out the form under the product section. You'll be asked to provide your full name, email, message, and upload reference photos of your furry friend.
You can upload up to 5 files in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. (Video files are not accepted.)

When you add your custom pet portrait to your cart, you’ll see a permission window with 3 options. To receive 2 complimentary waterproof stickers, select the option that allows YiFang Studio to feature your pet’s portrait in both marketing and future products. Both stickers will be included with your order!”
Step 3: Choose the Perfect Photo Together!
Once I receive your order and form, I’ll review your photos and email you to confirm the best one to work from. If none of the submitted pictures are clear enough, I’ll kindly ask for more so we can find the perfect reference together.
Step 4. Confirmation and agreement
Once you’ve confirmed your perfect reference, I’ll send an email for you to reply with “I agree”, and we’ll be all set to start painting!
Important:
After I receive your agreement, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, even if you decide to stop the process.
Step 5. Time to paint
Once I receive your agreement, I’ll begin working on your custom portrait right away! I can’t wait to bring your pet’s unique personality to life. Typically, your portrait will be ready within 5-7 days, but I’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay due to high demand, which may extend by an additional 3-5 days.
When your portrait is finished, I’ll email you a high-quality scan of the painting and ship the original at the same time. This scan file is included for free—perfect if you ever want to create custom gifts or products in the future!
Step 6. Packing & Shipping
Your painting will be carefully packed in a clear sleeve with a sturdy backing board for support and shipped in a rigid mailer marked “Do Not Bend.”
Shipping Time: Orders typically take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holiday season.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
